01 Delivery rules

Delivery Policy

  • Lahore: Same-day Cash on Delivery ka fixed charge PKR 500 hai.
  • Outside Lahore: Cash on Delivery available nahi hai. Advance payment ke baad TCS delivery charge up to PKR 500 hai aur parcel dispatch ke baad taqreeban two days mein deliver hota hai.
  • Other courier: Leopards ya customer-preferred courier request par arrange ho sakti hai; us ke liye separate quote required hai.
  • Safety Note: Customer aur store dono ki safety ke liye, fake aur fraud orders ki wajah se outside Lahore Cash on Delivery band hai.

Official Warranty

  • Company Warranty: Company ki official warranty, company ke diye gaye time period aur terms ke mutabiq apply hogi.
  • Store Support: Agar device ke software ya PTA approval mein koi valid issue ho, to SASTI Device Store aap ko claim aur support mein help kare ga.
  • Hardware Warranty: Store ki taraf se separate hardware warranty available nahi hai. Agar company warranty maujood ho, to us company ke apne terms apply honge.
